For over 75 years we have led the way in British bed making. Every mattress, divan and headboard has been carefully handmade by our sleep experts here in the UK. We test every product in our in-house SATRA approved lab – it’s the only one of its kind in the UK! We’ve done the hard work so that our customers can sleep peacefully, knowing that their product has been tried and tested to the highest of standards. There’s no need to compromise on comfort. We give every customer 60 nights to make sure they get really comfortable with their new mattress before making a commitment, with our promise that if they're really not getting on they can exchange it for a brand new one, it’s as simple as that.

Here how it works:
Pick a new mattress on the official Silentnight website
It can take a little while to adjust to a new mattress, so we ask our customers to sleep on it for at least 28 nights
If they're struggling to get comfortable after the first 28 nights, we can exchange it for a brand new product – as long as the customer claims within 60 days of delivery.
