My membership has expired what do I need to do?

If your membership is provided by World Privilege Plus please contact us by email at [email protected]. If your membership has been provided by one of our partners, please contact them directly.

I have been given a special promotion code, what do I do with it?

Enter the promotional code on the Sign Up Page and the offer will be applied at the time of registration.

I would like to speak with a member of staff what should I do?

Please complete the Contact Us page and one of our staff will get back to you within 3 working hours (Monday to Friday) and as soon as possible at weekends.

What details do I use to log in?

If you registered directly on this site, please use your email address or membership number and the password you created during the sign up process.

If you already had a membership and you are logging onto the new site for the first time, please use your membership number and your password will be your surname. You may change your password once successfully logged in.

If your membership was created by a staff member at World Privilege Plus, please use your membership number and the generated password that was sent to you when your account was created. If you no longer have the email with this password, please request a new one by clicking “Forgot your password?” on this page.

Message us via the Contact Us page with the name of the discount partner and the code or link that isn't working and we will get it fixed as soon as possible.
